GET AND GROW HEALTHY WITH THREPSIS
Food That Nourishes You and Your Family
Threpsis is the Greek word for nourishment. Dr. Maragkoudaki fully understands how important it is to nourish our bodies in order to prevent or alleviate dietary related conditions. However, there is often a disconnect when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle; we know what’s good for our bodies, but we don’t always act accordingly. Moreover, nowadays there is plethora of information often leading to confusion in relation to healthy nutrition. Threpsis aims to mend the gap between knowing and doing, by offering only evidence based nutrition advice and catering to each individual's unique circumstances . Whether it is family nutrition, maternal nutrition, weight loss or weight management or developing a healthy relationship with food, Threpsis offers a variety of services to meet your needs.
